Happy Memories - Original Watercolour

'Happy Memories'.......When I was a little girl my dad loved bird watching.... he would often take me with him and his favourite bird was the bullfinch.
 
So when I painted this piece I could not help but smile and remember the time spent together ....I was such a daddy’s girl, in fact I still am and these memories are the best.
 
In folklore the bullfinch is often seen as a messenger .....I think this is true especially for me and my dad.
 
This gorgeous piece is beautifully framed by amazing framers Studio Number One  in a white recessed solid wood frame 44cm x 36cm with Artglass being used to reduce the reflection as well as protect the watercolour from UV rays.
