SHIPPING POLICY
All items are posted Tracked 24 via Royal Mail for UK and for International shipments Royal Mail Tracked
Currently we ship within 3-5 working days unless you have ordered a commission or a pre order.
For delivery addresses within a 11 mile radius of the studio I can hand deliver, collection is also available - please contact Jules directly to arrange this.
Please double check that the address you give us at checkout is full and correct .
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Jules Graves Art.
If for any reason you are not delighted with your order, we are more than happy to process a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. To receive your refund your order must be returned in the same unused condition and in its original packaging.
On inspection of the returned items a full refund will be applied to the same method of the original payment.
If your item is damaged during delivery please contact me with photographic evidence within 48 hours - I can then re-send the same product or provide you with a full refund - including the cost incurred in posting the item back to us.
